Reviews and Ratings
I had a great stay overall with welcoming staff, clean rooms, close to the metro station, and a very nice view from the top floors. However, the rooms are too basic with beds almost on the floor and cheap linen, far different from the pictures.
The hotel offers spacious rooms that are clean and comfortable, although the basics like the low beds and cheap linen may not suit everyone. The service is friendly and professional, yet some information about local transport could be more helpful. While the location is a bit outside the city center, it is conveniently close to the metro station. The dining experience varies from good to disappointing, with a wide variety of included food but occasional quality issues.
The hotel offers a nice view of Prague from the rooms, although they appear different than in the pictures. The rooms are warm, pleasant, and feature a nice closet, but you have to move a chair to fully enjoy the view. The staff is friendly overall, but had difficulty dealing with a high school group. The location is a bit out of the way but within walking distance to a metro station. The dining experience is good with a variety of options, including homemade cakes. The hotel has some nice facilities available on-site.
I felt right at home at the hotel with its clean and cozy rooms offering a nice view of Prague, paired with the friendly receptionist. However, the location is a bit out of place and the dining options were not the best.
